Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will assist clients by managing and authorizing requests for non-emergency Medicaid transportation services. You will ensure the accuracy of Medicaid enrollee records by consistently updating account details. Your contributions will enhance team performance by achieving related objectives as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by Medical Answering Services.
  • Maintain productivity standards as outlined by the organization.
  • Participate in all required training and compliance sessions.
  • Process client messages in accordance with established protocols.
  • Schedule Medicaid transportation services following company guidelines.
  • Foster a professional work environment and demonstrate a positive attitude.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of Medicaid and Medical Answering Services procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Provide timely updates to management regarding service issues and customer feedback.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
