The Case Manager will evaluate the safety and appropriateness of potential sponsors before a child is placed with them. This role involves ensuring the well-being of both the child and the sponsor, facilitating their integration into the community.

The Case Manager will serve as an advocate for the child, assisting them in navigating complex systems and connecting them with essential resources, including:

  • Additional support for overall well-being

This position is crucial in providing a supportive environment for vulnerable youth, ensuring they receive the necessary care and guidance during a critical transition period.
