Senior Business Insights Analyst

As a Senior Business Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and ensuring the precision of data by developing, maintaining, and assessing various datasets. This includes comparing internal data with external benchmarks, budgets, or actual outcomes, as well as investigating potential risks or compliance issues. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial metrics, key performance indicators, and trends to ensure accuracy and relevance in reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to support business strategies, acting as the subject matter expert in analytics. You will be tasked with reporting insights in a consistent manner and collaborating with both internal and external partners to establish a coherent strategy for leveraging data-driven insights.
- Customer Service: Provide comprehensive reporting and communication of results, preparing necessary documentation and supporting key business processes. You will serve as a resource for information, offering guidance based on established policies and practices.
- Process Execution: Implement processes across various business areas to enhance efficiency and compliance. This includes establishing timelines, workflows, and requirements, as well as managing training and documentation for reviewing results.
- Analytical Support: Address customer inquiries by utilizing analytical tools to extract and consolidate relevant data for reporting purposes. You will also determine the best delivery methods and identify root causes and solutions within supported systems.
- Expert Guidance: Stay updated on industry best practices and provide expert advice to enhance the execution and improvement of action plans. Your role will involve aligning efforts to meet both customer and business needs.
- Business Solutions Implementation: Foster relationships with key stakeholders to identify business needs and implement necessary processes. You will monitor progress and results, recognizing opportunities for improvement and adapting to changing demands.
- Compliance and Ethics: Model adherence to company policies and procedures, supporting the mission, values, and ethical standards of the organization.
