Client Success Associate Manager at NielsenIQ

As a Client Success Associate Manager, you will oversee all client interactions and ensure the overall effectiveness of NielsenIQ in meeting customer needs.
Your role involves driving timely results and delivering client value through data and analytics, enhancing the overall customer experience and boosting NIQ's performance.
This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the client's business and industry, enabling you to uncover new opportunities for NIQ to provide value.
Work effectively within a matrixed organizational structure, fully utilizing the service model.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to establish objectives that drive business impact and maximize client value, fostering strong relationships and demonstrating adaptability, urgency, and positivity.
- Leverage NielsenIQ solutions and apply industry insights to conduct advanced analyses, providing proactive insights and actionable recommendations.
- Drive strategic thought leadership with clients, utilizing NielsenIQ tools and resources.
- Identify opportunities for enhanced collaboration and elevate these opportunities to organizational partners.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with clients, demonstrating the value of NIQ solutions to support growth, adoption, and value creation.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet forecasted revenue targets.
- Recognize potential revenue opportunities with clients and coordinate with Account Developers to help them achieve sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client business goals, timely delivery, and outcome-focused work.
- Lead client presentations with proactive insights and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure client stakeholders are engaged with the outcomes and value provided by NielsenIQ.
- Partner with Client Delivery teams to guarantee the timely provision of monthly data and reporting.
- Understand the client’s organizational structure.
- Assess the ROI of NielsenIQ recommendations and solutions.
- Develop a consultative approach to address client business challenges, understanding industry-specific issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience with NielsenIQ solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and navigate a matrixed environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Experience managing complex client relationships and resolving client issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with BI Tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, with experience in Syndicated, Panel, and POS data preferred (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, Numerator, etc.).
- 2-3 years of experience in the CPG/Retail industry is preferred.
