JOB SUMMARY:

The primary objective of this role is to further the mission of PATH by assisting individuals in leading more independent and fulfilling lives through effective teamwork. This position entails the preparation of comprehensive reports related to compliance, monitoring the completion of all necessary clearances, and ensuring proper documentation for successful auditing and credentialing processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience with an Associate's degree or 2 years with a Bachelor's degree, demonstrating increasing responsibilities in Human Resources. Experience in an HR department is preferred.
  • Proficient in HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS, with a preference for ADP; strong PC skills and experience with Excel are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Compile and distribute notices for employee evaluations, child abuse clearances, health appraisals, FBI fingerprinting, and other necessary licenses and certificates on a monthly basis to the appropriate supervisors using the designated system.
  2. Assist in obtaining child abuse clearances, criminal history checks, transcripts, and other credentialing documents for both new hires and current staff.
  3. Generate overdue reports for Executive Council members regarding evaluations, clearances, health appraisals, and fingerprinting on a monthly basis, utilizing reports from ADP.
  4. Prepare summaries of Human Resources actions for the Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors and various members of the Human Resources staff using ADP.
