About the Role:
The Pennsylvania Eastern District Court is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the court's recruitment and staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the court's workforce
- Provide exceptional customer service to court employees and management
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
