Marrina Decisions is seeking a dedicated Marketing Professional with expertise in leading a marketing team and overseeing marketing technology systems. This role is essential for one of our esteemed clients, providing an opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative teams in the industry.

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating the marketing strategy for major enterprise events and third-party sponsorships. A strategic mindset and a deep understanding of event management and customer perspectives are crucial for success in this position.

In addition, you will have the chance to engage in special projects that challenge your creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Create and implement strategic marketing campaigns and events in the North America region. Design, execute, and evaluate innovative event-driven marketing initiatives, ranging from non-traditional event participation to thought leadership gatherings.
  • Creative Vision: Grasp the user experience and devise ways to bring the organization and its program brands to life.
  • Event Execution: Deliver impactful events and experiences, fostering thought leadership among customers, users, and key opinion leaders to enhance awareness, engagement, and product adoption. Manage all facets of event production, including content development, design, AV production, vendor management, logistics, and promotions.
  • Communication: Collaborate with local and regional marketing and sales teams to showcase our achievements and present initiatives to senior executives for insights and approvals.

Performance Analysis: Partner with analysts to establish actionable metrics for assessing event effectiveness and report on key performance indicators such as engagement, satisfaction, brand lift, pipeline, and ROI.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the broader Growth Marketing team and other marketing stakeholders within the Global Marketing team, Digital Natives Go-to-Market team, and Digital Assets team. Foster a collaborative environment by understanding their objectives and integrating their expertise into marketing plans.

People Management: Oversee agencies, freelancers, and project teams, ensuring effective onboarding and training for new staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in event management.
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated executive presence and experience working with C-Level executives.
  • Ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders and articulate clear business outcomes using insights and data.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to successful completion.
  • Outstanding budget management, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
