- Manage our paid digital advertising and CRM systems, making adjustments based on performance metrics and analytical data.

- Create comprehensive briefs and guide creative direction to fulfill objectives for all promotional and public-facing communications, encompassing print, digital, and video formats.
- Oversee content management and updates for customer and internal communications, establishing budget parameters, participating in events, documenting processes, and providing additional sales support.
- Collect customer and market insights to refine outreach strategies, enhance customer conversion rates, and generate qualified leads.
- Assess the effectiveness and impact of current marketing efforts through tracking and analysis, optimizing as needed.
- Present concepts and final outputs to internal and external stakeholders, communicating with senior management regarding marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing.
