Key Qualifications:

  • Current or recent experience in insurance customer service.
  • Possession of an active Indiana Property and Casualty license.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring follow-ups as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about their insurance choices.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Background in insurance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Competence in assessing customer needs and conducting effective interviews.
  • Strong relational skills with clients.
  • Active Indiana Property and Casualty license.

This position is with an independent contractor agent and not directly with an insurance company. Employees must successfully complete any required licensing and training programs.
