Heritage Environmental Services Job Overview
Become a part of our dedicated team at Heritage Environmental Services as a Technical Customer Support Specialist. In this position, you will be tasked with evaluating and selecting suitable facilities for waste stream approvals, ensuring alignment with client requirements, safety standards, profitability, and environmental impact. Your core responsibilities will involve collaborating with clients, facilitating approvals, nurturing relationships, and guaranteeing adherence to regulatory frameworks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prioritize Health & Safety in all operations
- Serve as a technical advisor for Account Managers
- Guide clients through the approval journey
- Analyze laboratory data and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Assist with non-standard processes and proposal submissions
- Offer immediate online support to clients
- Comprehend and implement RCRA, DOT, and State Regulations
- Collaborate with third-party facilities for direct approvals
- Engage in special projects as directed
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree is essential, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical roles within an office environment. Experience in hazardous waste management or environmental sectors is advantageous. Exceptional organizational and communication abilities are critical, alongside proficiency in Microsoft applications, MMS, and EIS.
