Branch Operations Leader

Branch Operations Leader: In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple client accounts across diverse markets. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer acquisition and retention, managing operational workflows, and fostering staff development. This position demands a thorough management of branch functions to ensure outstanding team performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with sales teams to boost branch productivity.
- Develop and implement a staffing strategy to deliver exceptional service to our esteemed clients.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in your designated markets.
- Coordinate various operational aspects to ensure adherence to compliance standards, including workers' compensation and human resources regulations.
- Oversee the financial operations of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis.
- Enhance brand visibility by building and nurturing community relationships.
- Formulate and execute a robust recruiting strategy to address current and future staffing needs.
- Leverage operational data and technology to enhance efficiency in order fulfillment, recruitment, safety, and employee retention.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular monitoring of activities, adjusting services as necessary, and identifying additional client needs to expand business opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to establish a fully operational and skilled workforce.
- Set performance goals and foster accountability to drive team success.
- Encourage employee retention and support professional development.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, particularly in management and operations.
- Experience in the staffing industry is preferred.
- Background in recruitment, customer service, and team leadership.
- Proficient in operational software (such as Google Suite) and basic data management tools for analytical purposes.
