Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and refine office and operational protocols.
  • Coordinate with IT regarding all office technology.
  • Maintain productive relationships with vendors, service providers, and property owners.
  • Offer general assistance to clients and visitors.
  • Manage office services by ensuring organized operations, controlled correspondence, effective filing systems, and approved supply requisitions.
  • Develop and enforce location-specific policies through established procedures and standards.
  • Monitor employee performance against weekly audit objectives, making adjustments as required.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members while overseeing their performance.
  • Guide and manage office staff by assigning and supervising clerical and administrative duties.
  • Oversee Department Managers to ensure compliance with business operations using established guidelines.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation for all employees at the location.
  • Conduct reviews and analyses of special projects, keeping Executive Management informed.
  • Handle the recruitment process for the location, including orientation and training for new hires.
  • Ensure optimal staff performance through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Provide training across all areas of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: College degree, though not mandatory.
  • Preferred: Background in technical fields or related technologies.
  • Required: Managerial experience.
  • Essential: Strong critical thinking skills and exceptional organizational abilities.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary of $65,000, along with a 401k plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and complimentary group life insurance.
