Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center. As a key member of our Women's Services department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and individualized care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics and disease management.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • Current Nevada Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • STABLE and NRP within 90 days of hire.
  • Minimum 1-year recent acute care experience.
