2. Ticket Processing:

Receive and manage service, order, and delivery tickets on a daily basis.

Guarantee accurate documentation and timely entry of ticket data into the designated systems.

3. Service Coordination:

Efficiently coordinate and dispatch service personnel based on client requirements and job priorities.

Prepare and send invoices promptly following service completion.

4. Client Relations and CRM Oversight:

Handle incoming calls, providing professional and courteous assistance to all clients.

Manage client intake through CRM software, ensuring accurate and current client records.

5. Inventory Management:

Order office and cleaning supplies, maintaining sufficient inventory levels.

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials.

6. Office Maintenance:

Ensure that communal areas, including reception, kitchen, and meeting spaces, are kept organized and clean.

Implement and supervise daily cleaning schedules and routines.

7. Team Lunch Coordination:

Organize and coordinate lunch for the team as needed, taking into account dietary preferences and budget considerations.

8. Documentation Management:

Maintain an organized filing system for all office documents, both physical and digital.

Ensure adherence to company policies regarding document retention and disposal.

9. Package Management:

Receive and distribute packages to the appropriate individuals.

Qualifications:
