Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with both prospective and existing clients through strategic discussions to comprehend their business goals and identify suitable Veritext solutions.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure exceptional satisfaction, while educating them on emerging trends in the industry relevant to their litigation requirements.
  • Conduct virtual presentations showcasing Veritext products and solutions, providing training as needed.
  • Drive the sales cycle by identifying, promoting, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Utilize proprietary software and Salesforce to monitor all sales-related activities effectively.
  • Stay informed about Veritext's products, services, policies, and best practices.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, client service, or paralegal roles.
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and innovative, with a strong desire to surpass sales targets.
  • Excellent communication abilities with a warm and confident phone demeanor.
  • Proficient in building rapport and establishing relationships with clients.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills; eager to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Professional, punctual, and courteous in all interactions.
