Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for an experienced Strategic Client Executive with a robust background in the Financial Services sector to join our dynamic team. This position entails overseeing global accounts and cultivating strategic alliances within the BFSI landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in consulting and technology services, particularly in infrastructure and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with global accounts in the BFSI domain.
  • Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for clients, comprehending their business objectives and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that align with client expectations and promote business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects, expanding the range of services available to clients.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to successfully execute client projects.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to recognize potential challenges or opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Strategic Client Executive or in a comparable role within the IT Services sector.
  • Ability to swiftly establish client trust and serve as a consultative partner to key stakeholders in the financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of the BFSI sector, with a proven track record of managing global accounts.
  • Experience in technology consulting, with a focus on infrastructure and data solutions preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving capabilities to address client challenges and drive impactful business results.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • This role may require occasional travel to client locations as necessary.
