Client Relationship Executive

The Client Relationship Executive (CRE) plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction while managing the interactions with Momentum Telecom Inc's clientele. The CRE is tasked with nurturing and expanding their designated customer portfolio, serving as the primary liaison for any client inquiries or challenges. They are expected to deliver exceptional customer service, comprehend client requirements, and effectively liaise with internal departments to guarantee a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or surpass sales targets by retaining and enhancing existing client relationships
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to uphold customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain rapport with client stakeholders
  • Present pricing structures and manage contract renewals
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for account-related inquiries
  • Assist in problem resolution as an escalation contact
  • Support marketing initiatives and campaigns

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background:
