About this Role:

Wells Fargo Bank is seeking a skilled sales professional to join our Construction Equipment Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing equipment finance deals with new and existing customers, working independently on client transactions, and strategically collaborating with peers and colleagues to resolve client issues and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source Equipment Finance Deals: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with construction equipment customers, leveraging your expertise and relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Client Transaction Management: Work closely with client teams to analyze potential opportunities, structure and propose tailored financial solutions, and lead internal coordination to ensure timely and effective transaction execution.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-to-senior level managers to resolve client issues, achieve business objectives, and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Secured or Specialized Lending Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of secured or specialized lending principles and practices.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years of Sales or Credit Experience in Construction Equipment Finance: Demonstrated expertise in sales or credit, with a strong understanding of the construction equipment finance industry and its complexities.
Job Expectations:
  • Generate $30MM+ Annually: Meet or exceed sales targets, generating significant revenue for Wells Fargo Bank through the sale of construction equipment loans and leases.
  • Collaborate with Internal Partners: Work closely with internal Wells Fargo Bank partners to provide additional products and services to construction customers, driving cross-selling and revenue growth.
