Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with fellow account managers to cultivate a results-driven team focused on delivering superior service and achieving service goals, metrics, and agreements.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to brokers, articulating the value proposition of North Mill Equipment Finance to generate new business opportunities.
  • Handle multiple priorities while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Exhibit high energy and a strong ambition to achieve exceptional results, complemented by a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ensure compliance with company credit and funding standards while managing daily operations within the documentation and funding department.
  • Assist broker partners by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Continuously assess customer satisfaction and communicate findings to the team leader.
  • Process and finalize between 25-40 transactions daily.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring timely completion of transactions within established service level agreements.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or finance is preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellence in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to adapt interpersonal approaches to effectively manage diverse personality types for optimal outcomes.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities with the ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of leasing and loan products is preferred.
  • Competence in resolving complex issues or seeking assistance when necessary.
