ROLE OF A DEBT RELIEF SALES SPECIALIST: Forget traditional sales roles. Our Debt Relief Sales Specialists are personal finance experts who engage with clients to identify suitable debt relief programs tailored to their needs. They focus on building meaningful and trusting relationships with incoming clients to secure their participation in our programs.

COMPENSATION:
- Starting at $17 per hour plus commissions (40 hours per week)
- Potential monthly commissions ranging from $1,000 to $10,000
- Opportunities for advancement to salaried positions with commissions for high performers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the complete sales cycle for both inbound and outbound communications, ensuring successful deal closures.
- Utilize scripts to convey information about our services and their benefits.
- Employ various verbal sales techniques to engage potential clients.
- Highlight service features based on client needs and program knowledge.
- Maximize product value for clients and explore upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure clients understand our services and are progressing with agreements.
- Adopt a consultative sales approach to educate clients about their options.
- Efficiently manage leads and schedules to meet monthly sales targets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Experience in debt, mortgage, finance, or sales is preferred.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven closing abilities.
- Experience in phone sales or call center environments.
- Energetic and positive demeanor is essential.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving capabilities to address unexpected challenges.
- Analytical and mathematical proficiency.
- Comfortable using computers and internal software.
