Regional Equipment Sales Strategist

Key Responsibilities

Sunstate is proud to be a Second Chance employer, evaluating each candidate individually.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment sales and/or remarketing

    • Proven success in developing and executing strategic initiatives

    • Build and maintain a strong broker network

    • Oversee the complete broker and wholesale disposal process to optimize returns

    • Present equipment packages and negotiate pricing effectively

    • Facilitate asset transfers

    • Serve as the primary contact for auction transactions

    • Collaborate with field partners to identify optimal disposal methods (retail, broker, auction) based on financial analytics and market trends

    • Manage pricing strategies

    • Act as a subject matter expert for retail used equipment sales in support of the field sales team

    • Strong understanding of construction equipment and fleet operations

    • Oversee the disposal of over $100M in construction equipment

    • Excellent vendor management capabilities

    • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels (from front-line to executive)

    • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
