As a Practice Support Associate at Advanced Radiology Consultants, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our practice. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the administrative support of our clinical offices, physicians, and operational workflow functions. This includes monitoring and resolving unread and call back exams reports, coordinating and monitoring Clinical Facility Maintenance Requests, and daily monitoring of fax queues and error logs. You will also handle physician correspondence and various radiology report distributions, serve as point of contact for radiologists for various clinical and operational needs, request outside radiology exams as directed, and ensure all radiology appointments are properly scheduled to maximize efficiency. In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for correlating technologists' schedules with appointment templates, performing various reporting responsibilities, and responding to ad hoc requests. If you have a strong understanding of the healthcare environment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience with electronic medical records (EMR), we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
