A prestigious financial services firm in Shelton, CT is seeking an Operational Assistant to join the team as a direct support to the Chief Operating Officer.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 - $75,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinating and maintaining the COO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and arranging travel.
  • Managing the flow of information, both internally and externally, by responding to emails, making phone calls, and resolving inquiries.
  • Overseeing administrative tasks such as expense reporting, document storage, and maintenance of records.
  • Contributing to projects related to the company's real estate portfolio, underwriting processes, and other business initiatives.
  • Providing general support to the COO and other senior executives.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Candidates with a background in financial services and familiarity with Salesforce will be given priority consideration.
