We are seeking a reliable Payroll Administrator to manage our non-profit client's payroll operations on a part-time basis. This role requires close collaboration with both HR and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly and weekly payroll for staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including timekeeping data, deductions, and benefits.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure proper employee classification and payroll setup.
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist with year-end payroll tasks (W-2s, tax filings).

This opportunity offers proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting. Familiarity with payroll software and systems is also essential. Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000, depending on location and experience.
