**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Orthopaedic Office Coordinator to join our team at Orthopaedic Specialty Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our physicians and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our medical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Schedule Management

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage physician schedules in accordance with office protocol
  • Coordinate meetings for assigned physicians and ensure timely scheduling

Telephone

  • Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments
  • Triage phone calls and respond to messages in a timely manner

Records Management

  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including correspondence and files
  • Prepare correspondence and reports as directed by physicians and administration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; prior healthcare experience required
  • Minimum of five years of experience as an administrative assistant in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and paid time off.
