Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, including preparing executive responses to routine correspondence.
  • Coordinate work with other staff as needed and play a key role in the coordination of efforts both within and outside the department.
  • Assist the COO in managing the Firm's real estate portfolio by tracking leases, reviewing contracts, and coordinating relocations/moves.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
