Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient School/Office Secretary II to fill a temporary position at Perry Hill School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school community.

About the Role:

This is a one-year assignment, with working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to teachers, staff, and students
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Preparing and disseminating documents and reports

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and have excellent organizational skills.
