Key Responsibilities
  • Supports recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating new hire orientations
  • Ensures compliance with data protection regulations by managing employee records
  • Administers employee benefits programs and provides support with inquiries
  • Assists with performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development plans
  • Coordinates training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies
  • Handles employee relations matters and serves as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries
  • Assists with HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Previous experience in HR administration or a related role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HRIS software and proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
