Ecolab's Finance division is seeking a Lead Financial Strategist to offer essential support to our North America Corporate Account Sales Team and its leadership. As a vital collaborator and consultant, you will be tasked with showcasing a deep understanding of the Ecolab value proposition while crafting robust strategies aimed at fostering profitable business growth. Achieving success in this role necessitates strong partnerships across various functions and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer Profit and Loss statements and other analytical tools to evaluate new and existing business prospects.
  • Advise on pricing models, incentive frameworks, and commercial policies to facilitate growth.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Account Sales representatives to comprehend and convey the effects of their sales initiatives, including pinpointing opportunities for increased sales.
  • Execute intricate financial analyses.
  • Deliver support, customized reporting, and analysis to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion process enhancements and best practices within the commercial finance team.
  • Engage in project work as required.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance.
  • This position does not offer immigration sponsorship.

  • Exceptional analytical skills and organizational abilities, with a capacity to work autonomously.
  • Proficient in presenting detailed financial outcomes to an executive audience with clarity and confidence.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and capability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheets, graphics (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint), and financial systems.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and exhibiting a high level of integrity.
