- Advanced computer skills for developing and managing spreadsheets, analytical models, and database systems.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret and apply data effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in addressing internal and external customer inquiries and needs.
- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to projects.

- Advanced skills in Excel are essential, with a preference for familiarity with Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze financial data from various sources, including sales, production, accounting, and external vendors.
- Evaluate the organization's historical and current financial data to generate insights that support decision-making.
- Assist in the development and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across different business segments.
- Apply finance and accounting principles to assess current financial operations and project future revenues and expenses.
- Prepare detailed studies, analyses, and recommendations related to budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and statistical reports.
- Foster strong strategic partnerships with management across all business functions and board members.
- Ensure the accuracy of data received to maintain the integrity of information used for decision-making.
- Support monthly financial review meetings with various divisions of the company.
- Assist other divisions in establishing their general ledger and reporting frameworks.
- Perform general accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation and reporting as required.
- Compile information for board meeting materials.
- Consistently demonstrate the company's Mission, Vision, and Values through daily actions and decisions.
