Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance and analysis.
  • Proficient in utilizing automated accounting systems and software to fulfill job responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong computer skills for creating and managing spreadsheets, analytical models, and database systems.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks, and able to work independently.
  • A collaborative team player, open to various project assignments.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with the capacity to interpret and apply data effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and compile financial data from various sources, including sales, production, accounting, and vendors.
  • Analyze historical and current financial data to generate insights that support business decisions.
  • Assist in the development and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across different business segments.
  • Apply finance and accounting principles to evaluate current financial operations and project future revenues and expenses.
  • Prepare detailed analyses, recommendations, and reports related to budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and statistical data.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with management across all business functions and board members.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data collected to uphold the integrity of information used for decision-making.
  • Support monthly financial review meetings with various divisions of the company.
  • Assist other subsidiaries in establishing their accounting frameworks and reporting structures.
  • Perform general accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation and reporting as required.
  • Compile information for board meeting materials.
  • Exemplify the company's Mission, Vision, and Values through daily actions.
