Position Overview: We are in search of a driven and seasoned Lead Marketing Strategist to become a vital member of our Safety Services Segment team. This strategic position is crucial for the formulation and implementation of marketing initiatives designed to elevate our safety services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute extensive marketing strategies tailored to the safety services sector, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to discern trends, customer needs, and competitor tactics within the safety services landscape.
  • Act as a leader and mentor within the APi Group Marketing & Communications team, providing guidance to the fire and life safety operating companies.
  • Design and oversee targeted marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, aimed at effectively reaching our target audience and achieving established performance metrics.
  • Create impactful marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and web content, specifically for the safety services domain.
  • Organize and manage events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase our safety services and connect with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to synchronize marketing strategies with sales goals, equipping them with essential tools and resources.
  • Engage with internal business units to propel strategic operational initiatives that necessitate marketing collaboration, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the success of marketing activities, utilizing data to inform ongoing improvements and refinements.
  • Establish consistent messaging across all operating companies within the safety segment to ensure coherence with overarching marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with industry influencers, stakeholders, and partners to boost brand visibility and market reach.
  • Collaborate with the business on regulatory changes and industry standards affecting the safety services market, ensuring our messaging remains relevant and compliant.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years concentrated on the safety services sector or related fields.
  • Strong comprehension of the life safety market, including current trends, challenges, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record of establishing and achieving measurable KPIs for marketing initiatives.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to produce persuasive marketing materials and presentations.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales.
  • An innovative and creative approach to marketing safety services.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with experience in assessing and interpreting campaign performance data.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, with a keen focus on detail and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for events and client engagements.
