Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Advisor Employee Services. As a Client Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring seamless client experiences, and supporting our financial advisors in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Assist financial advisors with daily tasks, such as preparing client review summaries, updating client account information, and processing client paperwork.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance client experience and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Financial Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience working in the financial industry, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and financial advisors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year.
  • Benefits: 401(k) plan and other benefits.
  • Flexible Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 4pm, and Friday, 8:30am - 12pm, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
