Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Onboarding team in conducting day one orientation sessions
  • Present TQL information and address new employee inquiries regarding training, HR policies, and systems
  • Manage the distribution of welcome gifts, coordinate shipping logistics, and organize team lunches for new hires nationwide
  • Provide support to Onboarding Specialists on specific projects as required
  • Aid the Onboarding team with communication efforts, data management, and various administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative campaign strategies and ideas
  • Support other Marketing teams, including Impressions, Events and Engagement, and Corporate Giving, as needed

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a collaborative team setting with a positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to build effective relationships and engage with new employees
  • Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends for special events
  • Highly driven with an exceptional work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in delivering presentations to large groups

Work Location: This position is based in a dynamic office environment.
