Your Role

As a Sales Executive at Kuehne+Nagel, you will be instrumental in driving our growth in sea logistics. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess a strong sales acumen and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to meet customer needs. This position will focus on achieving defined sales targets through the cultivation of both existing and prospective clients, in alignment with our national sales management strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a detailed Sales Plan to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to leverage specialized knowledge pertinent to your department and trade lane.
  • Engage in customer interactions, including visits, calls, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities within the Client Relationship Management system.
  • Facilitate a seamless transition of customers to operations based on their requirements.
  • Exhibit proficiency in all company products and services, effectively managing their sales.
  • Utilize available resources to ensure success and provide outstanding customer service while complying with regulatory standards.
  • Work with teams on Requests for Quotation (RFQ), pricing strategies, and handover processes.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Field Sales experience in sea logistics and freight forwarding.
  • Familiarity with logistics processes and solutions.

The competitive salary range for this position is between $65,000.00 and $95,000. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes health benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and performance-based incentives. Individual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, job location, and other relevant factors.
