Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and coordinating events.
  • Preparing, proofreading, and editing legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant legal standards.
  • Managing client files and maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Assisting with the preparation of court filings, legal transactions, and client meetings.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
  • Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports and case files.
  • Liaising with clients, legal professionals, court personnel, and other staff in a professional manner.
  • Assisting in the preparation of billing and financial reports.
  • Performing additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role within the legal field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in law, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
