- Oversee general office management, ensuring an organized electronic filing system, maintaining correspondence, and preparing daily schedules and meetings.
- Coordinate meetings that may involve international participants, utilizing virtual meeting technologies.
- Efficiently address meeting requests and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Deliver exceptional administrative support in the creation and preparation of organizational charts, reports, communications, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Manage travel arrangements, including scheduling, itinerary creation, and travel expense report submissions.
- Facilitate and reconcile approval requests that necessitate executive sign-off.
- Represent the office professionally in all communications and interactions with employees at all levels.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Track assignments and follow up on requested information as necessary.
- Coordinate facilities management tasks, including space utilization for new hires and overall office operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong administrative skills with relevant experience.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Proficient coordination and office management skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in providing administrative support.
- Experience managing multiple senior executives concurrently is preferred.
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
