BattleGR is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our events and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Work closely with our events team to plan and execute events, including birthday parties, family reunions, and team-building exercises.
    • Ensure all event details are accurate and up-to-date, including guest information, food orders, and attraction schedules.
  • Guest Experience
    • Welcome guests and ensure they have a positive experience at our events.
    • Train party hosts to identify opportunities to engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with our events team, kitchen staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
    • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve any issues that may arise during events.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage event paperwork, including guest lists, food orders, and payment records.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support event execution.
