Job Responsibilities:
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing extensive administrative support to our executive team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, arranging travel, and coordinating events.
- Preparing, proofreading, and editing legal documents and correspondence to ensure precision and adherence to relevant legal standards.
- Managing client files and maintaining an organized filing system.
- Assisting with the preparation of court filings, legal transactions, and client meetings.
- Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintaining high confidentiality standards.
- Conducting research on pertinent laws, regulations, and legal articles to aid in the preparation of reports and case files.
- Liaising with clients, legal professionals, court personnel, and other staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assisting in the preparation of billing and financial reports.
- Performing additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role within the legal field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A degree in law, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
