Position Responsibilities:
As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing extensive administrative support to the executive team, which encompasses scheduling meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, and coordinating events.
  • Preparing, proofreading, and editing legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant legal standards.
  • Organizing client files and maintaining an efficient filing system.
  • Assisting with the preparation of court filings, legal transactions, and client meetings.
  • Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintaining high confidentiality standards.
  • Conducting research on pertinent laws, regulations, and legal articles to support the preparation of reports and case files.
  • Communicating with clients, legal professionals, court personnel, and other staff in a professional manner.
  • Assisting in the preparation of billing and financial reports.
  • Performing additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role within the legal sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in law, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
