Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Manager to lead our Sales Department and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales reps, projecting goals, and achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to sales reps during complex sales calls
  • Participate in ride-alongs to monitor sales progress and provide feedback
  • Recruit, train, and develop commercial sales reps to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct onsite sales presentations with the sales team to drive business growth
  • Review sales activity and develop strategies with sales representatives to improve sales performance
  • Analyze and report pricing, sales, and productivity metrics to inform business decisions
  • Maintain effective communication between Sales, Installation, and Service departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in a commercial business-to-business environment
  • 5 years of successful experience in outside sales, preferably in a commercial business-to-business environment
  • Sales experience or a background in the security or home automation industry required
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel the territory
