Job Title: Building Automation Systems Sales Professional

At Schneider Electric Buildings Critical Systems, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Building Automation Systems Sales Professional.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Schneider Electric's Building Automation Systems solutions to commercial and industrial clients across the United States Federal Government. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial HVAC and building automation systems, as well as excellent sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Schneider Electric's EcoStruxureTM for Buildings solutions to Federal Agencies, Consultants, and Contracting communities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and negotiate and close deals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide input on product and service offerings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of solution sales experience related to commercial HVAC and building automation systems.
  • Prior knowledge of Schneider Electric's EcoStruxureTM for Buildings solutions is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience of pricing solutions for customers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and quality in business.
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to influence the market at key levels.
