Job Overview

YourSpace Storage is seeking enthusiastic and personable leasing consultants to join our expanding team. This role offers a flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly with cash transactions.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
  • Experience in the storage industry is advantageous.

Position Responsibilities:

This full-time role encompasses competitive pay and benefits, with key responsibilities including:

  • Guiding customers in selecting the perfect storage unit.
  • Retail sales of moving and storage supplies.
  • Promoting rental truck services.
  • Processing payments efficiently.
  • Managing customer inquiries via phone and delivering exceptional service to both prospective and existing clients.
  • Preparing lease agreements, move-in documentation, and other necessary paperwork for new clients.
  • Conducting light maintenance tasks for the facility and rental trucks.
  • Making collection calls to clients with outstanding balances.
  • Performing daily lock inspections.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Employment Type: Full-time; 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Maryland Driver's License.

*Candidates must possess their own vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be prepared to undergo a drug screening, background check, and credit evaluation.
