In addition to our design and manufacturing prowess, we offer extensive technical support, spare parts, and various services for our products.


Job Summary:

Collaborate across the organization to oversee the management of incoming and outgoing aftermarket repairable aircraft components and inventory for exchange or lease, as well as aftermarket support equipment available for sale.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of lease and exchange component inventory pools in accordance with established procedures.
  • Liaise with fulfillment teams to ensure the timely processing of outgoing orders.
  • Manage the tracking, storage, and related processes for incoming exchanged or repairable items.
  • Develop and manage a catalog of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and tooling available for sale, while overseeing in-house inventory awaiting sale.
  • Ensure quality control and proper documentation for each sold, leased, or exchanged asset.
  • Plan for future asset requirements and monitor inventory levels against demand.
  • Process return shipments and invoices for customer-owned property in alignment with contractual expectations.
  • Maintain and distribute performance metrics to monitor the efficiency of the asset pool.
  • Participate in customer and supplier meetings as necessary.
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree coupled with three years of experience in warehouse management or related processes concerning the shipping, receiving, storage, and retrieval of goods within a distribution center. Alternatively, a high school diploma with seven years of relevant experience is acceptable.
  • A motivated and organized self-starter.
  • Experience in a component repair or exchange environment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, regulated environment with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with export and import procedures and controls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Recent experience with SAP is advantageous.
