Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in presenting properties to prospective tenants and conducting guided tours.
- Respond swiftly to inquiries and follow up with leads to arrange property viewings.
- Prepare and manage lease documentation, ensuring precision and adherence to legal standards.
- Collaborate with leasing professionals to negotiate lease conditions and rental prices with potential tenants.
- Provide administrative assistance, including data management, filing, and document preparation.
- Support marketing initiatives, including crafting property listings and coordinating promotional campaigns.
- Help organize and engage in marketing events and open house activities.
- Aid the Property Manager in daily operational functions, such as rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
- Assist with property evaluations and ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with standards.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate is beneficial.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and operate efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
