Job Summary

The role involves collaborating across the organization to oversee the management of incoming and outgoing aftermarket repairable aircraft components and inventory, including those available for exchange or lease, as well as aftermarket support equipment for sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory pools for lease and exchange components, ensuring compliance with established procedures.

• Liaise with fulfillment teams to confirm the processing of outgoing orders.

• Manage the tracking, storage, and related processes for incoming exchanged or repairable items.

• Develop and manage a catalogue for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and tooling available for sale.

• Monitor the quality of shipments and ensure proper documentation accompanies each sold, leased, or exchanged asset.

• Anticipate future asset requirements and track inventory levels against demand, making recommendations to optimize utilization.

• Ensure that return shipments and invoices for customer-owned property are processed according to contractual agreements.

• Maintain and distribute metrics to assess the efficiency of the asset pool.

• Participate in customer and supplier meetings as necessary.

• Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or related processes, including shipping, receiving, storage, and retrieval of goods. Alternatively, candidates with a high school diploma and 7 years of relevant experience will be considered.

• A self-motivated and organized individual.

• Experience in a component repair or exchange environment is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, regulated environment with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with export and import procedures and controls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Outlook, is required.

• Recent experience with SAP is advantageous.
