- Respond swiftly to inquiries through various channels and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Prepare leasing documentation, coordinate move-ins, and facilitate a seamless transition for new residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident databases.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive advantage.
- Engage in resident retention initiatives, including organizing and participating in community events.
- Ensure that common areas and model units are always well-maintained and presentable.
- Support marketing initiatives through outreach efforts and management of social media platforms.
- Adhere to Fair Housing Standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player with strong customer service abilities.
- Capability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Prior leasing experience and familiarity with property management software.
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience in property management or sales.
