Job Summary:

The role involves collaborating across various departments to oversee the management of incoming and outgoing aftermarket repairable aircraft components and inventory, as well as aftermarket support equipment available for sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of lease and exchange component inventory pools, ensuring adherence to established procedures.

• Liaise with fulfillment teams to guarantee the efficient processing of outgoing orders.

• Supervise the tracking, storage, and related processes for incoming exchanged or repairable items.

• Develop and manage a catalog for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and tooling available for sale.

• Maintain in-house inventory awaiting sale, including warehouse storage, modification levels, and calibration.

• Ensure quality and documentation standards are met for each sold, leased, or exchanged asset.

• Plan for future asset requirements and monitor inventory levels against demand.

• Process return shipments and invoices for customer-owned property in accordance with contractual agreements.

• Maintain and distribute performance metrics to assess asset pool efficiency.

• Participate in customer and supplier meetings as necessary.

• Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or related processes, or a high school diploma with 7 years of relevant experience.

• A motivated and organized self-starter.

• Experience in a component repair or exchange environment is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, regulated environment with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with export and import procedures and controls.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Outlook; recent experience with SAP is a plus.
