**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Professional to join our team at Pratum Company. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, with the goal of retaining residents and leasing apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide current and prospective residents with the best possible customer service to retain residents and lease apartments.
  • Tour and Leasing: Greet prospective residents, give tours, and determine housing needs and preferences.
  • Leasing Paperwork: Accurately prepare and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork, including lease agreements and employment and credit checks.
  • Security Deposits and Rent: Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-ins.
  • Community Policies: Communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents.
  • Lead Follow-up: Follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease and maintain community's customer base with an effective resident retention program.
  • Apartment Preparation: Ensure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting and adding last-minute touches when appropriate.
  • Marketing: Seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques to assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community's marketing strategy.
  • Lease Renewal: Manage the lease renewal process.
  • Communication: Respond timely to all calls, emails, and site visits.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience as a luxury leasing consultant, preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • One-Site/Yardi knowledge is preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to work at least 3 weekends per month.
