Benefits Sales Executive

At CRC Insurance Services, Inc., we are seeking a Benefits Sales Executive to join our team in a remote capacity. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year, along with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a related health insurance/employee benefits sales role, with strong knowledge of group insurance products and Microsoft Office. They will be responsible for developing revenue growth strategies, working effectively in a team sales environment, and adhering to our company's confidentiality standards.
Key responsibilities include recruiting and training new agents, developing revenue growth strategies, leading a POD to service agents' businesses, and effectively marketing to agents.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess an active Life & Health License, a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience in a related field.
